2. We format stimulus and script and test the online survey
3. We issue you a survey link to check then provide us feedback
4. We make any improvements and obtain your approval to start fieldwork
5. We pilot the survey to check length, incidence and data capture
6. We commence the main fieldwork and report regularly on progress
7. Once quotas are achieved we close the survey and provide agreed outputs
